CASUAL DUNGEON HIRE

1^st hour - $100,
2^nd hour  -  +$80
3^rd hour -   +$80
4-5 hours -  $340 maximum

B&D B&B

Includes Champagne on arrival, snacks & Continental Breakfast

$340 for 1st night, $300 per night thereafter
Check in 4pm – 10 am or by arrangement
$30 charge for late checkout.
2^nd consecutive night $290 & thereafter price by arrangement

PRIVATE PARTY HIRE

groups of 4- 9 people:
$400 for dungeon only with a $100 bond (returnable)
groups of 10 or more:
$500 for dungeon only with a $200 bond (returnable)

Extra cleaning charge if not left as found -  $50 (subtracted from bond by agreement)

$1,200 for whole premises, including outdoor courtyard area +$200 bond (returnable) and extra cleaning charge

all group or party hire includes the use of the garage area which is configured as a cloak room & is suitable for downstairs smoking.
